Return Policy

Returns and Refunds:

We offer returns and refunds within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with our policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, as-shipped condition, including all original packaging and without any signs of use. The buyer is responsible for covering all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described. Upon receiving the returned item and confirming its condition, we will process the refund. Please allow a reasonable time for the refund to be reflected in your original payment method.If you have return needs, please contact us via email as soon as possible.

Restocking Fee:

A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all eligible returns.

Special Conditions

Lifetime Warranty:

We provide a lifetime warranty for all Glueasy that we have built. This warranty covers the repair or replacement of any malfunctioning components or defects that occur during the normal use of the product. Please note that the warranty does not apply to normal wear of the enclosure or graphics, knobs, hardware, or any devices that have been deliberately destroyed or modified by anyone other than Glueasy.

Repair Process:

If your Machine and product requires repair, please contact our customer support to initiate the process. We will assess the issue and determine whether it falls under the warranty coverage. If the repair is covered by the warranty, there will be no charge, except in cases where the circuit board needs to be replaced due to user damage or modification. In such instances, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the replacement circuit board.

Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for shipping the item to Glueasy for repair. Once the repair has been completed, we will cover the shipping costs for returning the item to the customer.

Please note that our warranty only applies to Glueasy built by us, and it remains valid as long as Glueasy exists as a company.
