How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?

You will receive an automatic email when your order has been processed. Once the shipping label is created, you will receive another email with the tracking number.

Yes, we export globally to over 60 countries. Glueasy provides safe wooden packaging, export documentation, and CE certification for customs clearance.

How long will delivery take?

Standard machines are usually ready within 3 working days. Customized models may take slightly longer depending on your specifications.It usually ready within 15 working days.

Which shipping methods do you offer?

We support delivery by air, sea, or express (DHL/FedEx) according to your budget and schedule. Our team helps you choose the most cost-effective option.

How do I track my shipment?

Once shipped, we’ll send you the tracking number, invoice, and packaging photos. Our logistics team follows up until the machine safely arrives at your site.

Absolutely. We can test your actual materials or glue samples and share photos or videos before shipping.

What warranty do your machines include?

Some Glueasy machines come with a 1-year warranty and lifetime technical support. It depend on which size.Any defective parts caused by non-human factors are replaced for free.

Our engineers will assist you remotely via video call or chat. We keep spare parts in stock and can ship replacements quickly if needed.

Do you provide training for our operators?

Yes. We offer comprehensive video training and operation manuals. For large customers, we can arrange personalized online sessions.
