Why We Made The Machine

We are an acrylic products factory with nearly 20 years of manufacturing experience. We know that the biggest difficulty in the acrylic processing industry is to use glue to bond products. Since the invention of acrylic material in 1927, people have been using glue to manually bond acrylic. This requires a lot of skill and patience, and results in a high defective rate. Therefore, we proposed to invent a machine that can control glue, thereby reducing the difficulty of using glue and allowing ordinary people to quickly bond and make qualified acrylic products.

In 2013, we first proposed this idea, conducted project demonstration, proposed three directions, started preliminary verification, and finally determined the development direction;

After nearly nine years of hard work, our machines have launched the fourth generation

At the end of 2022, automatic bonding machine 4.0 will be launched. We have registered the trademark GLUEASY. As the trademark suggests, we hope this machine will make gluing acrylic easier.

In 2023, our sales have exceeded 100,000 units and are still growing steadily.
