How to Build an Acrylic Gluing Process Card
Share
A process card records the approved adhesive, needle, flow level, travel speed, joint preparation, curing method and inspection standard for one product. It lets another operator repeat the result without guessing.
1.Why this matters
The card should be created from an approved first article. Add a photo of the joint and note what a failed bead looks like. Update the card only after a controlled test, not during a production batch.
2.Practical checklist
· Prepare the full job before delivery begins.
· Keep one approved setup and change one variable at a time.
· Inspect the cured result before releasing the batch.
3.How it applies
Glueasy's electric gluing machine uses a bottle-fed sealed path, 10-255 flow levels, a listed 0.01-5 ml/s range and 0.6-0.9 mm needles. Standard and UV-compatible versions should be selected according to the actual adhesive.
