Advertising Bender vs Factory Bender: Which Machine Fits Your Work?

Advertising Bender vs Factory Bender: Which Machine Fits Your Work?

Choose the Advertising Bender for flexible, multi-lane work on signs, boxes and displays. Choose the Factory Bender when two operators, larger products, built-in molds or continuous production are more important.

1.Why it matters

The key difference is production structure, not simply machine size. The Advertising model has a 1.2 m heating length, 1.0 m bending stroke and four expandable heating lanes. The Factory model keeps the 1.2 m heating length but adds a 1.6 m stroke, left-right stations and two adjustable-angle mold sets on the high-end version.

2.Practical checklist

· List your maximum sheet width and thickness.

· Estimate daily output and how many orders run at the same time.

· Check whether forming molds and a second station will reduce handling.

3.Which machine fits?

For 0.5-10 mm mixed advertising work, start with the Advertising Bender. For 1-12 mm sheets, medium-large parts and parallel orders, evaluate the Factory Bender.

Frequently asked question

Is the larger machine always the better choice?

No. A smaller shop may gain more from flexible four-lane heating, while a factory benefits from dual-station workflow.

Always test a small offcut and follow the machine manual, material safety information and local rules.
