A 10-Point Checklist Before Buying an Acrylic Bending Machine
Share
Before buying, match the machine to real materials, sizes, bend geometry, order mix and daily volume. A specification is useful only when it removes an actual production limit.
1.Why it matters
Compare heating length, bending stroke, thickness range, minimum spacing, arc capability, lane control, stations, molds, safety, service and training. Ask for a sample test using your own sheet and drawing whenever possible.
2.Practical checklist
· Bring your largest, smallest and most sensitive sample jobs.
· Calculate current scrap, labor, queue time and outsourced work.
· Confirm voltage, floor space, shipping size, warranty and spare parts.
3.Which machine fits?
Advertising model: 1.2 m heating length, 1.0 m stroke, 0.5-10 mm and four lanes. Factory model: 1.2 m heating length, 1.6 m stroke, 1-12 mm, dual stations and high-end molds.
